What You Will Be Doing
You will be responsible for facilitating the overall quality, completeness, timeliness and accuracy of clinical documentation in the patient record to support; the delivery of high-quality patient care, accreditation and adherence to quality standards, the clinical coding process and appropriate hospital funding.

This position is Full time or Part Time by negotiation.

What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
• A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in either Nursing, Allied Health, Medicine, Health Information Management or equivalent
• Demonstrated interest in quality improvement (experience of involvement in quality improvement projects desirable).
• Previous experience in change management
• Post Graduate experience
