What do nurses do when they want a change?

They join Mulgrave Private Hospital as a Clinical Documentation Specialist! As a core member of the Medical Records team at Mulgrave Private, and part of a national team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality, completeness, timeliness and accuracy of clinical documentation.

What do you need?

We're looking for a documentation superstar - someone with a sound clinical knowledge and exceptional communication skills, an analytical and critical thinker with a never ending desire to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

You may currently be a Registered Nurse in an acute care hospital, or you might already be working in Medical Records, looking for a rewarding and exciting opportunity in another organisation.

We're offering a friendly, collaborative environment and can teach you about funding models and documentation process, but we can't teach you how to be a team player or how things work in a hospital - that's what you'll bring to the role.
