Dr David Tralaggan is a practicing medical doctor and co-founder of CDIA.  He has spoken at multiple Middle Eastern events including the 2019 Saudi Patient Centre Conference in Riyadh and the 2019 IFHIMA conference in Dubai. He is a dynamic and effective communicator. David has a unique ability to convey the perspectives of coders to his peers and also the medical perspective to coders.

Nicole Draper is a co-founder of CDIA and is widely regarded as Australia’s foremost Clinical Documentation Specialist. Nicole developed one of the first Australian CDI programs of its kind. Nicole also has spoken at multiple international events including the 2019 IFHIMA conference in Dubai and several ACDIS conferences in the United States. She is a skilled communicator and excels at transferring her wealth of CDI knowledge to others.
