KSA CDS Training and Certification On Demand – Enrolment Terms & Conditions

الشروط والأحكام

 

  1. All Course Fees must be paid at the time of application. Payment of the Course Fees does not constitute enrolment in the Course.  Candidates will not be considered enrolled until their eligibility is assessed and their enrolment confirmed via email from CDIA.

    يجب دفع رسوم الدورة التدريبية بالكامل وقت تقديم طلب التسجيل. لا يعتبر دفع الرسوم قبولا نهائيا في الدورة. لن يتم اعتبار المرشحين مسجلين في الدورة حتى يتم تقييم طلبهم و تأكيد تسجيلهم عبر بريد الكترونى من الشركة المقدمة للدورة CDIA.   

     

  2. CDIA reserves the right to refuse to enroll, or to terminate the enrolment of any candidate in the Course in its absolute discretion.  In the event of termination of enrolment, enrolment fees will not be refunded. 

    تحتفظ CDIA بالحق في رفض او إنهاء تسجيل أي مرشح وفقا لتقديرها المطلق. لن يتم استرداد الرسوم في حالة إنهاء التسجيل.

  3. Course Materials must strictly not be downloaded, printed or shared with any other person.  The ("Course Materials") and their contents are the Confidential Information of CDIA and remain at all times the property of CDIA.  The Course Materials must not be used for any purpose other than a candidate’s participation in the Course and studying for the Level 1 Certification Examination.

    لا يجوز قطعا تحميل مواد الدورة التدريبية أو طباعتها أو مشاركتها مع أي شخص أخر. تعتبر مواد الدورة التدريبية ومحتوياتها معلومات سرية ل CDIA و هي ملكا ل CDIA في جميع الأوقات. يجب عدم استخدام مواد الدورة التدريبية لأي غرض بخلاف مشاركة المرشح في الدورة التدريبية و التحضير لامتحان شهادة المستوى الأول.

  4. Candidates must complete 100% of all online videos, activities, and knowledge tests as set out in the CDIA education portal to receive a Statement of Completion for the Course. This Statement of Completion is required to demonstrate eligibility to sit the Level 1 Certification Examination. 

    يجب على المرشحين إكمال 100% من الفيديوهات التعليمية والأنشطة والاختبارات على الانترنت كما هو موضح على بوابة CDIA التعليمية للحصول على بيان إتمام الدورة التدريبية. هذا البيان مطلوب لإثبات الأهلية لخوض امتحان شهادة المستوى الأول.

  5. Course Materials will only be accessible by candidates for the three (3) months from the day Course enrolment is confirmed, This timeframe will allow candidates to complete the online content and prepare for the Level 1 Certification Examination.

    يمكن للمرشحين الوصول إلى مواد الدورة التدريبية لمدة ثلاث أشهر فقط من تاريخ التسجيل، وذلك للسماح للمرشحين لإتمام متطلبات الدورة التدريبية و التحضير لامتحان شهادة المستوى الأول.


  6. Course Fees include participation in the Level 1 Certification Examination, and one (1) resit of the Level 1 Certification Examination in the event of failure to pass.  If a candidate fails to pass the Level 1 Certification Examination following this resit, the candidate will be required to pay additional fees for further examination resits.

    تغطي رسوم الدورة المشاركة في امتحان شهادة المستوى الأول، وإعادة الامتحان في حالة عدم النجاح من أول مرة. إذا فشل المرشح في اجتياز امتحان شهادة المستوى الأول بعد إعادة الامتحان، فسيُطلب من المرشح دفع رسوم إضافية لخوض الامتحان مرة أخرى.

  7. Achieving Level 1 Certification does not guarantee that a candidate will progress through to Level 2 or 3 Certification. All necessary criteria as set out in the CCDS Reference Guide  must be satisfied for a candidate to progress through the certification levels.

    إن الحصول على شهادة المستوى الأول لا يضمن تقدم المرشح إلى المستوى الثاني أو الثالث. يجب على المرشح استيفاء جميع المعايير اللازمة على النحو المنصوص عليه في الدليل المرجعي CCDS للتقدم في مستويات الشهادة.
